- Services -> Development of Special Sensors
Using strain-gauge technology enables us to manufacture force sensors in a wide variety of forms. Based on FEM calculations we optimize the design and figure out the best possible position for strain gauges. In our test workshop we can quickly and flexibly manufacture the optimized models.
In order to achieve the best possible results, we carry out the application of strain-gauges in a flow cabin, which guarantees dust-free environment during the whole process. The wiring and the selection of the connectors is done in accordance to the customers specifications.
We are please to do the calibration of the sensors using reference sensors for you. The necessary adapters for the exact load introduction will be made accurately in our workshop.
